Shop With A Cop - Dane County, Inc. is a partnership between local Law Enforcement Agencies in the Dane County, Wisconsin area.  These agencies include the Dane County Sheriff's Office, City of Fitchburg PD, City of Madison PD, City of Middleton PD, City of Monona PD, Town of Madison PD, Village of Blue Mounds PD, Village of Cross Plains PD, Village of DeForest PD, Village of Maple Bluff PD, Village of Oregon PD, Village of Shorewood Hills PD, Village of Waunakee PD, UW-Madison PD, Wisconsin State Capitol PD and Wisconsin State Patrol.

Every year, with assistance from the schools, children from within the Dane County area are chosen to participate in this program.  These children are paired with a Law Enforcement Officer, and together they shop at Target for gifts for the child's family. They are then treated to a Little Caesars pizza party, where they also wrap their gifts.

This event is completely reliant upon public donations.
